How to Grill Different Types of Meat
If you’ve ever been fortunate enough to work in a restaurant, you’ll know that when you order food, the griller won’t start cooking your meats simultaneously. Let’s say you have a table of four, and they ordered chicken, pork, and beef.
The griller will put the meat that takes the longest to cook on first. Then the next, and then the last. So, it may be beef, then pork, then chicken.
The goal is to stagger the meat onto the grill so that everything finishes simultaneously. The same applies when grilling for a large party. Different cuts of beef require different cooking times. For example, brisket and ribs don’t cook at the same time. Ideally, you can pull all the meat off the barbeque simultaneously. You could always hire bbq services to do the grilling for you. However, the sooner you learn to do it yourself, the sooner you can be the hero at your parties.
