The Apostle in Saint Paul was designed to make customers feel as if they were in Palm Springs during the 1960s. While many restaurants have closed their doors during these rough economic times, this local supper club has more people coming through their doors than they can handle. It’s the owner’s seventh restaurant, and he’s seeing supper clubs outperforming regular restaurants.
Why is that? Never underestimate the power of nostalgia. Customers love the vintage feel so much that they don’t want it to change.
